Cancellation/Scheduling Policy * Please notify us through email or by phone that is provided on the website. Deposits Upon Booking: All Deposits are Non-Refundable. Cancellation Policy: Please cancel 24 hrs before appointment. You have one week to reschedule or you will have to repay the deposit fee before your next booking. No Show Policy: If you no show 1 time you will have to pay 100% of the original service before re-booking. Late Clients: If you are late more than 15 mins you will have to reschedule and repay the deposit fee before booking. *We completely understand that life happens, we understand that rescheduling may conflict with your availability as well as ours and we will do our best to accommodate certain situations with proper communication.
