Cancellation/Scheduling Policy 

* Please notify us through email or by phone that is provided on the website 24 hrs prior to your appointment. 

 

Deposits Upon Booking: All Deposits are Non-Refundable. 

Payments Upon Booking: All payments are Non-Refundable

Cancellation Policy for 1 session:  You have one week to reschedule or you will have to pay 100% of your service.

Cancellation Policy for Package Deals: Any package deals paid in full or in payments will have to be used and completed within the same month of purchase. If the month has expired you will have to pay 100% of the original deal before re-booking. 

No Show Policy: If you no show 1 time you will have to pay 100% of the original service before re-booking.

Late Clients: If you are late more than 15 mins you will have to reschedule and repay the deposit fee before booking. 

Clients: You are held responsible for scheduling/rescheduling your sessions on the booking site in a timely manner.

​*We completely understand that life happens, we understand that rescheduling may conflict with your availability as well as ours and we will do our best to accommodate certain situations with proper communication. We ask you to respect our policy, be sensitive and acknowledge our time. We are here to help you achieve your goals and for best results sessions need to be 72 hrs to a week apart from each other.
